生薬貝母の成分に関する研究(第5報)アミガサユリ地上部の新ステロール配糖体

抄録

Two new sterol glycosides, mp 270.5-275.5°C (dec.), [α]_D-42.4°, C₃₉H₆₄O₁₄ (I) and mp 214-217°C (dec.), [α]_D-58.3°, C₄₅H₇₄O₁₈ (II), were obtained from aerial parts of Fritillaria thunbergii MIQ. On the basis of the results of spectral and chemical investigations, I and II were characterized as 3-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6, 22-dioxo-5α-cholestan-3β, 26-diol 26-O-β-L-glucopyranoside and 3-O-α-L-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl-6, 22-dioxo-5α-cholestan-3β, 26-diol 26-O-β-D-glucopyranoside, respectively.
