γ-ヂフェニルアルカノールアミン類の鎭痙作用

抄録

1) Potency determination of antispasmodics was efficiently made by improving the apparatus so as to make it possible to record simultaneously eight tracings of small intestinal movements on one smoked paper.
2) Antispasmodic potencies of diphenylalkanolamines synthesized were examined with atropine sulfate and papaverine hydrochloride as standards. Results are given in Table I.
