毒性について

抄録

The fungus grew parasitically on sugar-containing medium or malt grains and produces a toxic substance (C₇H₆O₄) as a metabolic product in early stages. The domestic animals which take the fungus with their feed falls prey to poisoning or succumbs by poison. Pathological dissection of these animals revealed the cause of death to be due to brain hemorrhage.
