From the herbs of Youngia denticulata (Japanese name "Yakushi-so")(Compositae), germanicyl acetate (I), taraxasteryl acetate (II), germanicol (III), taraxasterol (IV), β-sitosterol (V), and 1-hexacosanol (VI) were isolated.
