Clematis属およびAkebia属植物の成分研究(第2報)アケビの茎のサポニン成分についてその1

抄録

The stem of Akebia quinata contains saponins. Twelve spots of these saponins were found by thin-layer chromatography, and named akeboside St_a, St_b, St_c, St_d, St_e, St_f, St_g1, St_g2, St_h, St_j, and St_k. Akeboside St_b, St_c, St_d, St_e, St_f, St_h, St_j, and St_k were isolated by column chromatography. Akeboside St_b is hederagenin bonded with arabinose ; St_c is hederagenin bonded with arabinose and rhamnose ; St_d is hederagenin bonded with arabinose and glucose ; St_e is oleanolic acid bonded with arabinose, glucose, and rhamnose ; St_f is hederagenin bonded with arabinose, glucose, and rhamnose ; St_h is hederagenin bonded with arabinose, glucose, and rhamnose ; St_j is oleanolic acid bonded with arabinose, glucose, and rhamnose ; and St_k is hederagenin bonded with arabinose, glucose, and rhamnose. Akebosides St_g1 and St_g2 could not be separated, but seemed to be a mixture of oleanolic acid and hederagenin bonded with arabinose, glucose, and rhamnose.
