ケシ科植物アルカロイドの研究(第28報)Rhoeadineの生合成

抄録

Protopine[13-³H₂] (8b) and α- and β-tetrahydrocoptisine[N-¹³CH₂] methochloride (10a and 10b) were administered to Papaver rhoeas L. in May by the cotton-wick method, and rhoeadine (9) was isolated. Radioactivity from 8b and 10a was incorporated into rhoeadine. The labeled position in 9 was determined by the degradation reaction and from ¹³C-nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometry.
