This review deals with synthetic works on the Lycopodium alkaloid including total synthesis of annotinine, lycopodine, luciduline, and serratinine as well as synthetic studies of cernuine type alkaloid, lycopodine type alkaloids, and 8-deoxyserratinine type alkaloids.
