The educational curriculum of technical skill in building-site means a course for current and future construction workers to obtain vocational knowledge and the ability to have new skills or to improve their existing skills of building production. The skill education is intended not only for workers with construction skills but also for key technician of plasterer, such as foremen or chiefs, and supervisors. Therefore, technical skill education is a large concept that provides workers with vocational training, vocational education, technical education, training courses, and lectures regarding construction skills. Author tried verify that the arrangement of good surroundings to evaluate rightly excellent skill workers in plastering work is the first requirement to settle young men and women without difficulty as workers in the building industry of each enterprise or market. A representative of building industry in Japan, that is, skilled worker in plastering work is now diversified under various works. In this field, the education system became developing key technician of plasterer capable of working in other lines of work, and plasterer of diverse works capable of handling a variety of work tasks. To ease the difficult labor conditions facing the building industry, plasterer of diverse works is more expected. Typical models for developing human resources through building industry skills education are indispensable to be considered opening up new market or entering the field of rehabilitation, so called "reform work" in building.
