The comprehensive study on the landslide occurred in 2015 spring in the headwater area of Mt Hakusan was demonstrated a profound ecosystem relationship between water and biota. The vegetation established after BettoValley landslide in 1934 showed four distinctive types based on substratum condition, which indicates direction for future revegetation measure on 2015 landslide. A relation between the sediment distribution and the flow velocities in the sand settling channels was measured in Miyatake settling pond, then it is concluded that the settling pond has performed very well. The average percolation from all paddy fields was 12.4 mm/day in 2014 and 7.9 mm/day in 2016, indicating a significant decrease in percolation. The groundwater recharge from the paddy fields reduced by 36% and the total groundwater recharge reduced by 25%. Analysis of groundwater level in 2015 by the regression model using Random Forest showed irregular fluctuation particularly from May to July at both sites. Finally, a hydrologic model analyzed effects of the turbidity water on groundwater. These results showed that the water might decrease percolation from paddy fields and groundwater recharge from the Tedori River to cause the lowering of groundwater level in the alluvial fan. A grain analysis in paddy field and channel of Yamajima irrigation system showed that most of the fine sediments generated from the landslide were trapped within the alluvial fan of Tedori River. Monitoring of Pungitius sp.1 and the habitats was carried out in the Tedori River alluvial fan. Based on the monitoring results, emergency protection measures and medium- and long-term protection measures for Pungitius sp.1 were examined

The research analyzed the variety and the limit of the company dealing with a voluntary environment activity inductively. So, I implemented semi structured interview for many companies to verify based on the multilateral index about the problem. As a result of the investigation, In addition to the actual performance of environment activity, common data about the organization characteristic with 15 items was collected from the 13 companies on Hokuriku and another area. It was suggested from the research that 1) The beginning of the environment activity wasn't easy for the company which didn't have the results of the activity practice at present, 2) There is possibility that the reinforcement of the leadership in the company and the feedback of the activity evaluation could develop an environment activity.

We report miscalculations found in applied mathematics examination papers are categorized into several patterns. These miscalculations include use of wrong formula, Calculation rule mistakes, giving incorrect sign and number, incorrect calculations, and others. Understanding how these mistakes happen will help students avoid these mistakes.

This research examined relationship of married womenʼs well-beings with work-family fit, even when effects of work and family experience were controlled. Both 222 full-time employed and 255 part-time employed women were asked to complete a series of questionnaires. Age of their youngest child was less than 6-year old.At first, confirmative factor analyses revealed four independent components in work-family fit scale; facilitation from family to work, facilitation from work to family, conflict from family to work, and conflict from work to family. It was shown that womenʼs satisfaction with job and family experiences, most notably, spousal support, were positively related to her well-beings. And the results of hierarchical regression analyses demonstrated that components of workfamily fit contributed independently to her well-beings.

The article analyzed the barrier that the women encounter by a process aiming at a researcher, and clarified the factor of the gender differential lying in Czech universities. There are difficulties for female researchers to join the technical field and to promote in the research structure. There exist womenʼs marginality and menʼs hegemony in Czech higher education and in Czech society. It was partly because the freedom to express opinion had been taken away from all the Czech people under the socialist regime, and because there has been no chance for women to insist on their request up to now. As far as there are no chances to listen to female opinions and to lead women-and-menʼs conscious change, the gender differential does not disappear.
