    This greeting letter is to express my appreciation of the fact that the Biophilia Rehabilitation Academy is organizing the annual conference in Saitama. I have been collaborating with IBRA, as a foreign professor on the International Board of IBRA, for about 10 years now, and I follow with great interest the progress, achievements, a continual activities of IBRA. The developments are really conspicuous. Most notably, the idea of Motivative Rehabilitation, a novel approach to medical rehabilitation putting strong emphasis on the patient's cooperation in the process of rehabilitation and his psychological desire 'for life' of as much high quality as possible, is catching on at the international forum.
