Using the Foctrier transform method developed by Kubo & Tomita, the effects of the enchgange interaction have been sticcdeed for the alonrpetion spectrem of the paramegnetic crystal containing two finds of uneguivalent iona with deferent anisotropic g-factors. The analysis has been mode for the two extreme cases ; (i) The exchange interaction is weak and the spectrum consists of two peaks, (ii) The exchange interaction is so strong that the two lites fuse into a single peek. Comparing with the experimental data, the values of the exchange parameters area estimated for Cu SO
4 5H
2O and K
2CuCl
42H
2O, and reasonable reaulta have been obtained.
