ジャーナル フリーIn order to ascertain the influence of measurement temperature upon erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR for short) in domestic animals, the variation rate with the chahge of measurement temperature were calculated;
Temperature variation rate =Average ESR in 25°C-Average ESR in 15°C/25-15 (mm)
The results obtained are shown in Fig. 1 in Japanese text. The temperature variation rate increased to maximum value and then decreased. The correlation between the erythrocyte sedimentation types and the temperature variation rate is shown in Fig. 2. The appearance of the maximum point was delayed by the change of sedimentation types from acceleration types to retardation types (Table 1). The change of the temperature variation rate seems to be in close connection with the erythrocyte sedimentation types.
Moreover, the variation ratio with the change of 10°C in measurement temperature were calculated;
Temperature variation ratio =Temperature variation rate/Average ESR in 20°C×100×10 (%)
The results obtained are shown in Table 2 and Fig. 3 and 4.
The influence of the measurement temperature upon the erythrocyte sedimentation in domestic animals are so great that the sedimentation rate should be measured at constant temperature.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (411K) -

ジャーナル フリーIn order to ascertain the species variation in the influence of inclination of tube upon erythrocyte sedimentation in domestic animals, blood sedimentation rate were measured at the range of 0° to 45° slope to vertical. The principal results obtained are as follows. (Fig.1-3 in Japanese text)
1. Very significant effects of the inclination of tube on the sedimentation rate were confirmed at all instances.
2. The correlation between the erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR for short) and the inclination of tube were grouped into four phases; first period, second period, third period and fourth period. The appearance of these phases seem to be in close connection with the blood sedimentation types. (Fig. 4 and Table 1)
3.Moreover, the acceleration ratio at 30° slope to vertical were calculated; Slope acceleration ratio=ESR at 30° slope to vertical/ESP at the vertical position The results obtained are shown in Fig. 5. The relation between the slope acceleration ratio and the erythrocyte sedimentation types seem to be shown in Fig. 6. ジャーナル フリー生乳,チーズ用スターター,および各種ナチュラルチーズにおけるLeuconostoc属細菌の分布を知る目的で,選択培地を用いて計数分離を行ない,分離株の性状を調べた.
生乳では38試料中29試料に,ナチュラルチーズでは86試料中49試料に,およびC. Hansen製スターターに,それぞれLeuconostoc属細菌を認めた.
生乳および各種チーズに存在するものは,いずれも,Lenc. dextranicumあるいはLenc. mesenteroidesであり,スターターから分離した菌株は,Lenc. citrovorumであつたが,後者はチーズから検出できなかつた.

ジャーナル フリー家畜正常血清中の抗Q凝集素の出現頻度を,ブタ1084例,ウシ152例,ウマ54例,ヤギ150例,メンヨウ109例およびウサギ194例について調査し次の事項を得た.
1) ブタ1084例中74例(6.83%)が抗Q凝集素を保有していた.そのうち凝集素価4～8倍のもの10例(13.51%)で全調査例に対する割合は0.92%であった.また品種別にみると,中ヨークシャー種では1015例中64例(6.31%),支那種とその雑種では29例中10例(34.48%)であり,バ一クシャー種では40例中1例も検出されなかった.
2) ウマ54例中14列(1.85%),ヤギ150例中1例(0.67%)およびウサギ194例中2例(1.03%)が抗Q凝集素を保有していたが,ウシ152例およびメンヨウ109例中には1例も検出されなかった.
3) 抗Q凝集素価については,ブタ74例中ほとんどのものが1倍で54例(72.97%),その2倍のもの10例(13.51%),4倍のもの7例(9.46%),8倍のもの3例(4.05%)であった.またウマの1例は4倍であり,ヤギ1例およびウサギ2例はそれぞれ1倍であった.
4) 異種血球凝集素価の分布は各家畜によって若干異るが,その範囲は0～64倍であり,それらのModeは2～8倍である.
5) ブタ201例につき異種血球凝集素価と抗Q凝集素との関係を調査したところ,異種血球凝集素価が16倍のもの31例中10例(32.2%),32倍のもの16例中10例(62.5%),64倍のもの2例中2例(1000.0%)に抗Q凝集素が検出され,8倍以下のものには1例も検出されなかった.よって抗Q凝集素を求むる場合は異種血球凝集素価16倍以上のものが適当のように考えられる.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (535K) -
III. 初乳脂肪中のリン脂質細貝 祐太郎1964 年 35 巻 6 号 p. 329-332

ジャーナル フリー溶媒抽出法によって,初乳脂肪と常乳脂肪(バター脂肪)から,リン脂質が濃縮されたアルコール可溶部分について,リンおよび窒素含量の測定,ニンヒドリン反応および結合脂肪酸量を測定した.
さらに,その脂肪酸を確認するために,ガスクロマトグラフィーを用いて実験した.
また,口紙クロマトグラフィーおよび赤外線吸収スペクトルを用い市販レシチンとの比較を行なった.
この結果,初乳脂肪からえられたアルコール可溶分C部は,レシチンが主体をなすものと考えられ,常乳脂肪(バター脂肪)からえられたアルコール可溶部分にくらべ,よう素価,赤外線吸収スペクトルおよびガスクロマトグラフィーなどの諸結果から,不飽和度が高く,その構成脂肪としてC16C18,およびC1=18が含まれていることが判った.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (261K)
