A case of gouty tophi in multiple fingers in a premenopausal female that was treated successfully by administration of allopurinol and resection of the masses in the left index, middle, and ring fingers was reported. Premenopausal female is rarely affected with gouty tophi in the finger and all of them are associated with the following risk factors such as renal insufficiency, antihypertensive or diuretic drug administration, anorexia, and alcoholism. Here we present a very rare case of gouty tophi in a premenopausal female in the flexor tendon of finger without above risk factors.
