We report the case of a dog with multiple primary extramedullary plasmacytomas of the lymph nodes. The animal presented with multiple enlarged lymph nodes, and histopathological examination confirmed diagnosis of plasmacytoma. The tumor contained numerous amyloid deposits. The bone marrow was unaffected, and we observed no other findings suggestive of multiple myeloma. Therefore, we diagnosed the animal with primary plasmacytoma of the lymph nodes. No study has reported multiple primary extramedullary plasmacytoma of the lymph nodes in dogs, and long-term follow-up is warranted. Key words: amyloidosis, extramedullary plasmacytoma, lymph node
