Logical model of geological structure is expressed logical relation between boundary surfaces and geologic bodies. By using this logical relation, we can give a constraint to data in order to estimate geological boundary surfaces from the distribution position of geologic body. In this present research, we developed the data origination program "Georiginer" to estimate the geological boundary surface using this character of logical model of geological structure. This program can make the data for estimating the boundary surface from data distribution map, logical model of geological structure data, point data and strike & dip data corresponding to each point.

A software of mass balance calculation for petrologists was coded in Java. This paper described outline and usage of the program in addition to verification of the calculation. The program was enabled to evaluate validity of a mass balance model for crystallization differentiation, consisting of chemical compositions of two volcanic rocks and the rock-forming minerals. This software could calculate plausible relative proportions of the chemical compositions in the rocks due to crystallization differentiation, using least-squares method. The validity of the model could be judged by (1) sum of squares of the residuals (SSR) and (2) root mean square of the residuals per a component (RMSR).

Topographic mapping using a computer is not easy because it needs the knowledge of numerical data and high speed computer. We developed a 2D and 3D topographic map provision system using web, which applied the numeric data sets J-EGG500, GTOPO30, ETOPO2 and TerrainBase and used of three servers (Web Server, MATLAB Web Server and Application Server).
As a result, we can make a topographic mapping website that can make 2D, 3D mapping with a few parameters such as the latitude and longitude of the mapping area.
