It seems that patients with atypical arthralgia or arthritis which is not included in the classification of ARA
1) are often treated conservatively under the diagnosis of rheumatism or merely arthralgia. Some observations were obtained from the clinical symptoms, clinical examinations, the results of the treatment, the long range outcomes of these patients, and so on. These observations seem to be useful for the diagnosis and the treatment of this syndrome or for the patients who are psychologically worried under diagnosis of rheumatism on account of similar symptoms. Present paper describes these observations.
