We propose a Media Synchronization Method for MPEG2 in digital television relay network in future and investigate a concept of the method by a computer simulation. The proposed method is applied to adjust the nominal bitrate difference between common carrier network and its user each of which has its own system clock. An effect of this method is showed by the trial of the Bit Clock Synchronizer.

Profile Map has a very important factor. It needs for computing a diffraction loss, a pass loss in case of radio circuit design. Making Profile Map had to spend huge time and labor. In the past it required that the map which the contour line drawn, the ability to reed an error, a few experiences and the nerve to give up to us. At present, we have succeeded in automating to design radio circuit, because the data which a computer can directly read altitude of map was sold.

As a move to new headquarters, Video/Audio signal distribution system and Remote micro wave (for field pick up) relation system was renovated. With an eye to the future, we made a decision to employ a total component digital format. The multiplexed optical format can send all input signals to destination via one optical fiber. According to this renovation of both systems, we set up "Remote Center" where we can organize remote micro wave line and can observe and can control in our new headquarters.

In order to adjust high quality video and wide screen, component digital format (SMPTE-259M) was employed for production video studio system at KTV new headquarter. These systems have constituted a total component digital system in the station with multiplexed optical signal distribution system as a basic infrastructure. Particularly, we installed new video process system which can adapt not only standard definition (NTSC) but also high-definition (HDTV) in the production studio 1.

In this age of widespread use of digital sound signals, the production of television programs ; from recording to editing, and completion, is processed by digital signals. We will introduce the audio sweetening room. This is where, in video post production, digital audio mixing and track down MTR (multi-Track recorder) etc. is done, with digital equipment added to the sound mixing console (digital audio workstation DAW) and surrounding equipment.

The greater numbers of TV translator stations installed on mountains. This resolves the problem of poor reception "behind" the mountains However, its creates the serious problem of difficult access for the TV maintenance staff. Moreover, when a problem occurs, the maintenans staff are expected to rush up the Mountain with very heavy and very expensive mersuring equipment. Maintenance staff are also pressured to finish their tasks without delay because the telecast sign-off to sign-on period has become shorter each year. With the purpose of resolving these difficulties, a prototype device, capable of checking TV translator stations, has been developed.
