Elecro holography is the technique that holographic image is indicated as 3D animation by using LCD panels or AOMs. The technique by single light source was reported as the way of applying Electro holography to color reconstruction. But, former system was much complicated because of using 3-LCDs or AOMs. On the other hand, when DMD panel is used, it considers that the simplification of optical setup becomes more easier. In this paper, we will examine about the simplification of the system by single DMD panel.
Hybrid hologram screen can control view zone. View zone is very important for auto-stereoscopic and wide view zone is better for observer. We are developing of autostereoscopic 3-D image display system by hybrid hologram screen. In this paper, we are propose expansion vertical view zone and horizontal view zone by lenticular lens when reconstruction hybrid hologram screen.
The technique for expressing light on the computer graphics was done, and there was expressions of the reflection of light and refraction, inthese technigue. by the ray tracing method and the Caustics method. However, the diffraction of light is not expressed. Grating was expressed as one of the new mode of expressions of the hologram.
We have proposed fast calculation algorithm of computer-generated hologram which uses difference between adjacent cells. The calculation can be done with integer as fixed decimal point number and computation speed is about 20 times faster than previous method. In this presentation, we adapt this method to Intel Pentium 4 processor's Streaming SIMD extension (SSE2). The calculation speed becomes 4.6 times faster with single processor and 8.9 times with dual processor.
