It was said that the community education in China was first adopted in teaching the subject of history, geography and physics at elementary school by the 1904's education reformation. In other words, the idea of the community education in late Qing Dynasty was under the influence of the community education in the Meji era. The purpose of this paper is to clarify the characteristic of the Community Education, and just from the viewpoint of how to cultivate a nation, which was also the purpose of the whole education policy that was held by the government in late Qing Dynasty.

Among the special-needs schools in current Hong Kong, there is a category called the School for Social Development. The School for Social Development is a school for pupils who have difficulty adapting to ordinary school life because of learning difficulties, emotional disturbances, and problematic behaviors. The predecessors of the School for Social Development were schools established by churches and other organizations, such as technical schools in the 1950s and schools for pupils who could not adapt to mainstream schools under the compulsory education system in the 1970s. The background to the establishment of those schools varies by school. As of September 2008, there were seven School for Social Development in Hong Kong. The Juvenile Care Center is a school primarily for juvenile delinquents. Thus, the schools for maladjusted pupils established by churches and other organizations became School for Social Development that received government funding, that is, special-needs schools. Most of the schools for juvenile delinquents, which had different foundation backgrounds and histories, have finally been included in the official educational system and given legitimacy as special-needs schools or regular junior high schools. In 1990, disputes centered on the segregated education that separated delinquents from general students since the Compulsory Education Law enforced in 1970s required that children with problems be provided with a regular education. In 1993, conventional nautical schools were transformed into practical junior high schools for delinquent boys. In 2001, however, these practical junior high schools became mainstream junior high schools with the traditional characteristics of nautical schools. This was because few parents or students chose to attend a practical junior high school for delinquents.

The development of the history of Indian Buddhism is centered on Emptiness (sunya). Emptiness in Buddhism is translated into Chinese as "the nature of emptiness, kongxing", "the form of emptiness, kongxiang", which means "all dharmas are empty". Also it says that "the true emptiness is the real; the wonderful beings are miscellaneous." (p. 344b, T47)It describes that all the miscellaneous phenomena in the universe are the results of the amalgamation of various conditions. Therefore, nothing exists independently by itself; furthermore, all things are interrelated with one another. In Buddhism, the relationships and conditions are called "cause and condition". In Nagarjuna's "Mulamadhyamakakarika", it says that "I declare that due to conditions, all dharmas arise. That is "emptiness." In Buddhism, therefore, "emptiness" is to "empty" out all attachments, to "empty" out all extreme indulgences, to "empty" out all false forms, and to "empty" out all relativities. It clearly reveals us a true world. Consequently, "emptiness" is not voidness, on the contrary, it is the noumenum that constructs the universe and human lives. Thus the Prajnaparamita Hrdaya sutra says, "observing that all the Five Aggregates are empty and liberating all beings from suffering." If we can thoroughly realize the teaching of "emptiness", extending our mind to be as all-embracive as the empty space, then we are able to perfect both doctrine and matter, and finding no obstructions in all matters.

Regarding the national anthem in the former part of Minguo, though there are some references which picks up songs like "Qingyunge", there have not been enough studied on the cultural movement for establishing the national anthem. The objective of this paper is attempting to reveal the process of enactment and characteristics of the national anthem "Qingyunge" instituted by Ministry of Education,and to investigate the intellectual's reaction to it as the initial consideration for the above-mentioned issues. Although the establishment of the national anthem "Qingyunge" has been done through democratic manner to compare with the one right after the founding of nation, the author and the relating people were still mainly from the intellectuals those who were the literati and officialdom. It also wasn't able to produce people's national consciousness and wasn't widely loved to sing as it wasn't based on the people's daily life. Required by the necessity for the occasions like state events, it was set as the national anthem with compromise without sufficient discussion, despite having a new aspect like adopting western music theory in its music. Responding to this, created the anthems as the measures to express their scathing about military regime and to express their ideal of new country. The publication of the songs those which embody their consciousness as a nation is thought to be a part of the peoples' cultural activities to form modern society, as an approach to generate the peoples' culture which forms the foundation of modern country, as new generation intellectuals' cultural revolution performed in this transition period by new intellectuals instead of the literati and officialdom. Thus, we could point out an aspect, which has a role of the practitioners, those who execute essential cultural revolution with consistent effort rather than the notional educators enlighten people by their principles.

It seems that a fierce battle is developed in a Chinese beer market, between Chinese domestic makers and foreign countries makers. This article considers a beer market in China and studies a development process of Chinese beer industry.
