Fukushima Daiich Nuclear Power Plant Accident happened on March 11 in 2011 (3.11), which is still forcing about 120 thousands residents to take refuge outside of their hometowns. Even those who accept staying in Fukushima still do fear the effect of the radioactivity even now, worrying about when such situation will come to the end. In the aftermath of 3.11, some physicists, who sincerely thought “we have to do something that is useful for such refugees and residents”, came into the field of the estimation of the effect of radiation exposure beyond the border of scientific field. It brings about knowledge integration and is inventing a new wisdom. They have come to conclude that there exists a possibility that the concept of radiation protection, which has been lasting more than 80 years, may be be disproved.
