In this paper, creative reskilling is discussed not as individual creativity, but as organisational creativity for innovation. Innovation is a knowledge creation activity, but not always welcomed in the business practice where stability is sought. The challenge is to foster organisational creativity in a collaborative way across boundaries. On the other hand, even if an organisation acquires knowledge, this does not necessarily lead directly to value realisation. It is reasonable to assume that the knowledge, skills and human capital will emerge as a result of the prior direction and purpose of value. The " orchestration of purpose " from the individual, team to the organisation enhances the latent knowledge and creativity of the entire organisation. In line with this concept of " purpose engineering " , an altruistic purpose and place that supports and accelerates organisational knowledge creation, and a curriculum based based on purpose is proposed.

User innovation is attracting attention, and there is an urgent need to educate digital human resources to use digital fabrication equipment. However, there are many 3D CAD lectures in the field of education to foster digital human resources, but the emphasis is on 3D CAD software operation, and there is little discussion on creativity. This study focuses on creativity education for hand-drawn 3D CAD. Specifically, we investigate " the ability to realize 3D data shapes" and " the ability to express 3D data shapes. The method is to divide the class assignment into two cases: hand-drawn three-view drawings and free hand-drawn drawings, and later compare the 3D data created by 3DCAD in each case. The results show that hand-drawn three-view drawings improve the feasibility of the 3D data, but the expressive power is average except for some parts. Next, the free hand-drawing tends to improve the expressive power of the 3D data, while the realization power of the 3D data shape is average except for a few parts. The conclusion is that hand-drawn trihedral figure do not improve creativity more than freely drawings.

Currently, active learning and 21st century skills are the focus of attention, and research is active as the purpose of learning is transforming from knowledge acquisition to knowledge creation. In this study, we focus on individual-themed, knowledge-creating learning, design and develop a knowledge-creating learning support system and apply it to research activities. Specifically, we conducted an experiment in which 10 graduate students wrote sentences on their own research themes on the system, updated their progress and sentences for 4 weeks, and evaluated changes in the use of the system and the quality of their sentences. In addition, a questionnaire was administered to assess emotions and motivation, and correlation analysis was conducted for each evaluation item. The results showed that the correlation coefficient between the number of progress updates and the quality of writing was 0.75, and the correlation coefficient between positive emotions and motivation was 0.84, indicating a strong correlation.

This study is to propose a linkage model that is a new model for community participation based on the idea that fun is closely linked to creativity, driven by the emotional design methodology applied to public domain. This model uses a methodology of promoting community participation of residents emergently by combining social significance and fun for public policy arena. This model makes it fun by combining emotional elements to be able to participate independently, with someone, and to be unexpected in elements related to social significance that encourage participation, such as ecological (environmental conservation), regionality, and art or culture. After classifying and evaluating 100 successful cases worked on in Japan and overseas, we verified the effect of this model on promoting local activities. It was found that this model is effective in promoting the participation of residents in the community.

The creative industry puts emphasis creativity of an individual’s first creative activity. The creativity of filmmakers has been studied and its target is the making process of cultural and entertainment works. This is the case study for pro-c levels who work as TV-program producers in this process where creativity of the first creative activities is demonstrated. Pro-c are idea levels of those who acquired expertise and advanced developmentally and strenuously in the creative field. Retrospective interviews were conducted, empirical knowledge was collected at semi-structure interviews and analyses were conducted through text-mining to extract properties of how creativity is demonstrated. The result, common features are negative past experience, search for making elements, research where thinking and experiment are repeated, and reach to, or, conviction/experience of core concept were identified and that process loops. At last, the creative process model of filmmakers’ primary creative activity in the creative industry is presented .

This research focuses on the creativity and introspection of designers. The purpose of this research is to observe outstanding designers and formalize their knowledge and know-how as design knowledge. The results of the designers' research will be compared with the users' social emotions to elucidate the relationship between the designers and the users. In a preliminary research, questionnaires and interviews are conducted with designers of various genres. In this experiment, ethnographic interviews are conducted with four outstanding designers who can understand and realize the tangible and intangible needs of users. Exploring the creativity and introspection of outstanding designers, it elucidates how designs that move their hearts are created. This is analyzed comprehensively using the KJ method. As a result, the designer's story and design process and the previously implicit relationship between designers and users were visualized.

The importance of " resonance," when a concept is shared and individual creative moments resonate among co-designers, is widely recognized. However, quantitative research on the subject remains in the germination stage. In this study, we estimate the creative states that occur during co-creative pair work using a hidden Markov model (HMM) based on multimodal biological indicators that arise during concept generation by pairs. Furthermore, we estimate the creative states that occur during individual work using the same model, which includes phenomena specific to co-creation, and examine the relationship between individual creativity and resonance. The results show that the HMM can estimate creative states during co-creation to a degree. The HMM also detected " self-resonance," which occurs when an individual forms an image that does not require involvement with others, suggesting a quality equal to resonance with others at the individual level of cognition.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the innovations of Dutch agriculture, and to apply " fusion of study field" for Japanese rural revitalization. According to " The global State of the Art of Facility Horticulture" , Dutch yields of tomatoes have increased dramatically since the 1980s. The research methodology consists of an interview with Dutch manufacturers and analysis of best practices in Japan. The success factor in the Netherlands lies in ‘System Design Management’, while the success in Japan lies in the establishment of a related population and the existence of Dynamo people who engages in purpose-driven knowledge creation. Therefore, we propose to abstract Japanese examples of rural revitalization through fusion of study field using the dynamo people model and reconstruct them according to actual cases to incorporate the successful factors in the Netherlands into the innovation process for Japanese rural revitalization.
