Research on productivity improvement is delayed in indirect clerical works, given that information items and task contents are difficult to identify, resulting in dependence on skills of workers. This paper proposes a method for analyzing and improving clerical works, paying attention to the availability of information items and transfer of skills required in the work procedure. The method first identifies the initial and objective states, and clarifies work steps along with products and required skills of each step. For value-adding steps, improvement ideas for supporting information item search and skill transfer are presented. The proposed framework serves as a guide for simplifying the objective task and classifying information items and skills according to their importance.

Abstract: An environmental, social, economic trilemma is being actualized more and more. It is human race's crisis. A strategic measure for that is hoped for. This is originally a category of politics. However, being not able to degenerate "Seed" and "Piece" is a current state as for the desire to expand. The control of the growth rate of population and the rate of industrialization is one of the answers. The base of new social system is IS that uses ICT. There are several diagram methods for data modeling like Entity-Relationship Diagram and Class Diagram. It is very hard to describe a big data model of a large enterprise system into one physical diagram. A large set of diagrams are used during designing a large enterprise system. Influence of modeler's skill makes fluctuation and discrepancy among diagrams. It is necessary how to keep consistency among diagrams. We present a study of algebraic structure of class diagram -- class diagram algebra -- and the condition for consisting class diagram algebra -- consolidation condition. We propose the method to check consistency among class diagrams based on class diagram algebra.

Standardization of specification for Web form having rich client is in progress inside W3C. XForms as a subset of XML is a good one of them and being applied in various areas. However, most activities lack of theoretical thought on a relationship between data source structure and web form patterns, which may exploit the advantages of standardization. This study proposes a method for generating XForms specification being derivable from given data source through a middleware "Conceptual Form engine" applied with Conceptual Forms model.
