In this study, we have constructed a trading market of ideas. Using this market, we have conducted an experiment. First, in the form of answers to a given problem, the subjects submit ideas. Next, the market organizer picks some good ideas to be listed on the stock exchange. Lastly, the subjects buy or sell the securities of those ideas. By market mechanism, the prices change depending on the quality and the needs of those ideas. Through financial incentives, market mechanism reduces the influence from others upon one's decision-making. It also makes one tell the truth. Based on the findings of this experiment, this paper summarizes the issues to be aware of, when building a market of ideas in organizations and firms.

Affiliate Advertising is a type of advertising in social media, which empower consumers to insert advertising. Thus we can call it Consumer Generated Advertising Media. We conducted Web-based surveys for bloggers including affiliates and for blog readers including ones who have bought from any affiliate. By analyzing the data, we found a paradox that affiliates are more reluctant to reveal profiles of affiliates than others while it is effective to promote purchases. Based on these findings, we discuss the possibility of advertising in social media.

This research clarifies customers' needs for Tokyo Disneyland by using KIP (Kato & Ishikawa's Procedure). KIP uses blog texts as data, gathers customers as market segmentations, and clarifies customers' needs. Blog texts are customers' raw voices but include some irrelative articles for this analysis. So we added data cleaning step to this KIP in the previous research. We add more data, which were got from previous researches, to the initial learning data which we use in the step of data cleaning of this research. From the results of this research, we show how Tokyo Disneyland can gather more customers and what kind of insights we get for managers of other theme parks.

And, although "open" was seen better as consumers therefore not impeded vertical constraints, its structure is showing signs quite different. DoCoMo's i-mode that was preceded by this change was "close". And it took the approach that has tight control over the various applications. Initiatives such as the Apple currently dominate the market, located on the extension of that. They configure the ecosystem that was characterized by "close" at various levels. So, I analyze such changes how this had occurred, and also consider the possibility of Japanese companies.

The resource-based view theory is one of most widely accepted theatrical perspective in competitive advantage, but it is difficult to explain why the firm can continuously maintain its competitive advantage in dynamic external environment. The Dynamic capabilities theory overcomes this weakness, but this theory remains abstract discussion. There are some statistical researches, but a framework for study specific company is not confirmed. The purpose of this study is to construct a model for sustainable competitive advantage as business system level based on "Differentiation System."

In a severe market situation, a lot of companies lose competitive advantages and can't achieve business growth and profitability. Those companies should change their business operations. For business changes, IT strategy is important as same as HR strategy and financial strategy.
IT can accelerate business changes, but IT might become also an obstacle to changes. Top managements and CIOs need to foresee business changes, and prepare IT systems as business infrastructures. Companies need perspective on business and IT changes.
The objective of this research is to understand what kinds of business changes and IT utilization are performed by companies. For this purpose, the author conducted a survey in which more than 500 Japanese companies participated.

The purpose of this study is to propose a model for defining IT investment portfolio based on business-IT alignment model. Val IT, the framework for translating IT investment into business value suggested by IT Governance Institute, assumes that defining portfolio is a starting point for the IT investment portfolio management processes. IT investment portfolio model proposed in this study consists of three portfolios: IT strategy, IT infrastructure, and IT engagement portfolios. The best balance among the three portfolios determines a success of the portfolio management. By utilizing this model, a company can define an IT investment portfolio in the light of alignment with business strategy and foundation for execution, coordination among different organizational layers, and IT investment risk.

In Japan EA seems to be considered as a temporary movement, but EU and USA companies have been adopted EA as a base framework and some of them have defined the professionals called 'Enterprise Architect'.
CISR of MIT has suggested that companies should consider 'Operating Model' for their EA practices and we think this task would be assigned to 'Enterprise Architects'.
We studied the method to implement an 'Operating Model' concept into the Japanese EA framework.

Proposed is the foundation of a first-person perspective systems analysis (1ppSA) that utilizes Activity Theory (AT) as diagrammatic resources and phenomenology as a meta-methodology. We exemplify the usefulness of 1ppSA by showing some examples of practicing phenomenological reduction. As mentioned by sociologists, if we can become aware of them, we are liberated from conditions and structures, thereby can have more capabilities of innovations and collaboration for better organizations and information systems. By artificially replacing conditions and structures that we are usually unconscious of by the use of each element of AT diagrams, we can appreciate consistencies and conflicts among the conditions and structures. This means doing eidetic reduction, which results in becoming aware of the conditions and structures.

These days, many organizations have been paying increased attention to evaluation system to change the behavior of the workers. According to an official survey, about 20% organizations point out that “the result of evaluation cannot be accepted by workers" is a problem. In the research of equity, individuals compare the ratio of their outcome to input with others'. Recently various types of indices are commonly used in evaluation systems. This partly implies that the reason why the result of evaluation is hardly accepted lies in the difficulty of knowing others input. We focus on the difficulty of knowing others input, and analyze the effect of evaluation system on equity and organizational performance by using agent-based-social-simulation.

There are some research reports that promoting taking holidays with pay gives a positive impact on the economic system. The rate of holidays with pay taken by Japanese employees is remarkably lower than that in Europe and US. One reason of such a low rate in Japan is due to the working environment as organizational culture. We need to consider individual situations of organizations for exploring promotion policies of holidays with pay. In this study, using an agent-based model where agents select their actions based on the norm of the organization, we conduct simulation to examine the effectiveness of the policies for planned holidays with pay in different situations.

As consumers have been becoming to get a lot of information through social networking services such as “Twitter" and “Facebook", the elucidation of consumer behavior considering the effect of social networking service is required. The purposes of this study are (i) to elucidate the impact of social networks on consumer behavior and (ii) to demonstrate the effective way of advertising. We construct a consumer behavior model considering the effect of social networks with movie market by using multi-agent model. Simulation results show that the impact of social networks on diffusion process varies according to the characteristic of movies. Furthermore we demonstrate the effective time-series allocation of advertising budget in appropriate to the characteristic of movies.
