This study analyzes relations between feeling of "WAIWAI-GAYAGAYA" and the performance of the organization in "beyond" company (assumed name) which is a large-scale management organization. The feeling of "WAIWAI-GAYAGAYA" is an attitude which an individual employee suggests something for the company in spite of his position. In this study, I divided an organization to three type, "operation" "R&D", "research" and measured the lifetime of each organization. In a result, not only the feeling of "WAIWAI-GAYAGAYA" but also the feeling of schedule are needed for the performance at "operation" and "R&D" typed organization.

Improving the diagnosis accuracy by the doctor is one of the measures to the remarkable rise of health care cost, especially the diagnosis of cancer. The pathologist can do the cancer diagnosis, but there is very little number of doctors, and there is regional disparity of their number. The consultation between doctors is effective for improving the diagnosis accuracy, but there is the invisible wall between the medical schools, the hospitals. Therefore, we examined the possibility to defeat this invisible wall and improve the diagnosis accuracy of cancer by building a consultation network with the pathologist of different facilities using equipment.

However, I do not know our discussion on this scheme enough. It will be unclear that identified problems the experts should solve, and on the procurements side, I think, it will be small willingness to actively utilize the experts to solve the problems and to seek the correct way of leading the project. In this presentation, I will show these points, and discuss the solution.

The standardization of Kanji character code has not been proceeding since 2001, the start of e-Japan strategy. Even now, Japanese e-Government and society are hard-pressed to treat Gaiji - Kanji character out of a character set. Lately the both projects of METI and MIC provided the solutions to this issue, which are going to expand the character code. But I point out that those solutions cannot solve Gaiji issue through the data and experiment of Japanese recognition and discrimination on Kanji character. And I provide the solution by establishing a new social rule on the basis of the difference of human being and computer.

This study argues the mechanism of the influence that consumer game software typed sharing user assets gives for the results of the arcade game (the card shipment number of sheets), observed on the Trading Card Game (TCG) software case, "fashion witch love and berry" (2004-2008).
By modifying the system dynamics model(Sterman,2000) to compose the Bass product diffusion model(1969), TCG software diffusion model is generated and simulated.
It is not always tied to the drop of the results of arcade game to hasten the release time of the consumer game, and a result of simulation suggests that it may become the lever of the results of arcade game improvement adversely.

The purpose of this paper is to study the question by reviewing the previous works regarding the layer intervention strategy in the computer software. The layer intervention platform products have the possibility that intends to transfer the dominant situation of existing platform products to a new interventional platform product in the software layer stack. The layer intervention strategy should be a part of platform products strategy. The paper proposes the question by discussing in comparison with platform products interlinking and platform products bundling. In other words, the question is derived from little previous work about dominant mechanism such as, dominant easiness, profit dilemma, and interruptive role against other dominant platform products, even though there is the peculiarity in the layer intervention strategy.

The concept of "tolerable risk" is widely used for standard setting related to human health. However, as for health risk such as radiation exposure, many physiological studies revealed that there is a notable gap between objective risk (i.e. incident rate of cancer) and recognized risk; and factors such as "dread risk" or "unknown risk" tend to enlarge the gap. This paper propose alternative mathematical modeling of risk recognition, which enable to explain the gap, with application of the utility function of von Neumann and Morgenstern; and examine its applicability for social consensus building.

In the experiment of price formation using the double auction in experimental economics, the results are often affected by the environmental factors such as the number of experiments and the characteristics of subjects. It can be assumed that the differences of the decision-making processes for every subject cause the phenomenon. However, since it was difficult to conduct the experiments under controlling of the differences completely, the causal relationship has never been treated experimentally. When the difference in the sensitivities as the market prices reference ranges is modeled, we realize the effect on the market information. This paper describes that such agents can simulate the phenomena observed in many experiments. The influence which the differences in the sensitivities have on price formation is also considered.

The results indicate that (1) there is no ontological level business process change in market penetration, (2) it is not always necessary to change the ontological level of business process in market development, (3) it is necessary to change the ontological level of business process in product development, and (4) it is necessary to reengineer the ontological level of business process in diversification. These online education tools have various competitive advantages. On the other hand, there is still challenges for the development of the utilization form and educational methods of the OCW. “Learning is participation in a Practice Community". For the use of the OCW, a formation of a leaning community based on the design of learning through experience is effective. In this research, we propose the effective method of WiFi intensity measurement. Although some WiFi intensity measurement tool exists, by building the original system on user's viewpoint, this system can measure and estimate actual data. Moreover, when we add an access point, we will enable it to evaluate whether it is effective if we add it. For the example, the system is evaluated for the data in center for Information Infrastructure, Shizuoka University.

Systems analysis which leads to information systems design has been practiced, with some user participation, by systems analysts who are outside of workplaces. Since they are external people of workplaces, they have been considered to be able to understand target areas in terms of the objective perspective. At that time they have believed in the existence of user's needs and further presupposed beings that constitute the needs. This implies that they have paid little attention to the mode and methods by how the beings have been constituted. This research poses a question why it is so. Our research interest is therefore that this question will help pave a new avenue to a reengineering of systems analysis.

In recent Web services such as SNS, network effect plays an important role. Network effect is often described as following: The utility of the service increases as the number of the subscribers increases. At a threshold, the number of the subscribers increases drastically.
This expression seems to be correct qualitatively, but its features are not understood quantitatively. For example, it is not clear how the threshold is given based on the parameters of the service.
In this report, we analyze the networks effect based on the analogy to the nonequilibrium process.
