With the development of service industries, we have recognized the "Service-Dominant Logic" that customers create the value of the services with company (service providers) and the "Service Profit Chain" that the relation of service providers' satisfaction and the customers' satisfaction and company are important. In this study, we classify customers and service providers using the system for analyzing the effects of the service by types. Furthermore, we propose the matching method that customers can create the value in order to construct the relationship the service providers and customers with service providers based on “Service-Dominant Logic" and “Service Profit Chain" creating the benefits of both service providers and customers, by analyzing the structure of the relationship to service quality and customers' loyalty and service providers' satisfaction.

Shimane Prefecture has been promoting Software-based IT industry as one of the prefecture's strategic projects. Increasing uncertainty in the market place makes it difficult to capture customers' needs and to develop new businesses and services. In order to defeat the “subcontractor" structure problems confronted by the IT industry in Shimane Prefecture, developing own brand services is highly necessary. Shimane Prefecture started a subsidiary program called “Partner-Style" Business Development Project" in 2012, and then supports allied projects matched by the service providing / user company (Non-IT) company and the IT-related company. This study presents the series of Shimane Prefecture's initiatives to promote the IT industry, and then introduces company cases in which the subsidiary program was utilized.

These systems of C+, for example “Community Care System", need to be designed “player centric" with care consideration of their motivations, ambitions and dignity of individual citizen, and also their regional, time constraints. System should register their activity records beyond the framework of specific organization and should give legitimate evaluation and incentive. We describe some reference cases such as “buurtzorg" in Netherlands, career care system in Ichikawa City and discuss their requirements of C+ systems.

In order to guarantee the quality of products, visual inspection has performed in many manufacturing industries. Visual inspection is required to detect defects such as scratches, dirt, stains, surface dents and unevenness of coating color, and to distinguish whether a defective product or not depending on the customer requirements. There are many studies for the detection process, but not many studies for the distinction process.
This study thus focuses on the distinction process in visual inspection, and designs the experiment which considers instruction method to an inspector, size of defect and acceptable limit of defect as experimental factors. In addition, their effects on the defect distinction are evaluated in terms of type I and type II errors.

As a formal goal selection method, Goal-Oriented Requirements Engineering (GORE) approach has received much attention. The artifact of GORE is a directed acyclic graph which is called goal graph. Because any analysis in GORE is basically based on goal graph, goal graph needs to be defined strictly. However, as far as author can tell, no attempts to define goal graph as a hypergraph has been done. Goal graph is a AND/OR graph and AND/OR graph is defined by a hypergraph. Therefore, it is valuable to define goal graph as a hypergraph as a foundation to apply existing study results of AND/OR graph to GORE. For this reason, the result of an attempt to define goal graph mathematically as strictly as possible is stated in this paper.

There are two types of business change such as Strategy-driven change and IT-driven change. The Contents and Enablers of business change should be different according as the reason of business change.
In this research, the reasons are classified by two factors. One is the renewal of business strategy, and the other is IT roles for each company which was defined by MacFarlan(2005). The Enablers for business change are defined as the extension of the enablers for creating business value by IT in COBIT5.
This research performs Case studies of Strategy-driven, IT-driven, and Strategy & IT-driven Changes. The historical change in a same company and the difference among the companies in a same industry according to the business objectives are observed.

This study reports on the development of a SCM game based on an unbalanced-SNS system platform and the effects of introducing this game into educational programs. Players can easily participate in the game using their mobile devices such as smartphones. Such participation is a notable deviation from previous business games. The new SCM game was tested in two universities. The results showed that, although they had different class sizes and manners of class operations, most students spontaneously realized not only the bullwhip effects and the importance of information sharing in SCM but also uncontrollable difficulties of SCM. In addition to the educational benefit, semantic interpretation on the game results showed a great potential for future supply chain research.

Most education about the systems development in a university is based on a water fall approach. However, it is assumed that the systems development by agile approach becomes dominant from now on and it is required to introduce the education of the systems development corresponding to agile one in a university. The present paper reports how to design lesson plan after abstracting learner log data relevant for leaning analytics. Reading processes are not externally observable, but looking at learner logs, we can trace what the participants are doing along the time-scale; e.g., how long they spent reading each paragraph. The system we used also documented when they used audio files and English annotations. The data also enabled us to identify the Global Strategies, Cognitive Strategies, and Supportive Strategies each participant had used during their reading comprehension as well as when the participants responded to descriptive questions. On the basis of these findings, we illustrate lesson plan structure and content in reading comprehension activities in English.

Using student attendance information, in this manuscript, we investigate the method to characterize the students and teachers. Assuming that each student and teacher has an invisible attribute, which is called latent class, we propose a statistical model that the attendance rate in class is probabilistically determined by the combination of the student and teacher latent class. Then, we show the method to estimate the parameters of the statistical model by EM algorithm. Consequently, we evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed model by analyzing the actual attendance data. We discuss application to learning support of students and faculty developments.

Many local governments operate mission-critical systems on the Basic Resident Registration network, and these systems are not connected with Local Government Wide Area Network (LGWAN) .
However mission-critical systems in local governments will be connected with the Information Interchange Server for Local authorities on LGWAN in order to share personal information associated with the number after introduction of National identification number .
These mechanisms are similar with Electronic Commerce(EC) system which share product information from mission-critical systems with EC infrastructure. In this study, the possibility of Local governments information system applied by EC system architecture is argued to change open data mechanism etc.

Based on the IT strategy of the past in Japan, amount of electronic medical records are increasing. However, interoperability between electronic health records system and development of information infrastructure for hospital information sharing is not enough.
For this reason, seems that such electronic health records are not available in order to improve health care quality and efficiency.
This study provides a survey of audit findings reported by Board of Audit of Japan which treated information infrastructures for Healthcare, and considers problems of such infrastructures.

Basic four information of residents owned by a local government consists of name, address, gender, date of birth. Many local government staff did not think that the leakage of a part of four basic information was a serious problem.
In this stalking murder, the senior official of the research firm who was pretending to be husband of the victim asked the exact address of the victim to the local government staff on the phone and defrauded it.
The leakage of personal information caused stalker murder seems to be a very rare example in the world. I want to analyze this incident and to propose the countermeasures.
