ジャーナル フリーAs the used and demands of acetylene gas are increased recently, accidents and poison from it have often occured. But there are not many reports about them.
Our report explains in detail on two rare cases that changes happened to grow in trachea, bronchus and lung, when the patiants welded the motor car by acetylene, they catched fire in airways inhalating acetylene gas.

ジャーナル フリーNeurilemmoma is rare occurence as a benign tumor arising primary in the larynx.
A 27 years old man who visited the hospital with complaint of dyspnea and hoareseness, was found to have a large tumor in the larynx which occupied most cavity of the larynx.
The tumor was extracted after a trachotomy and intratracheal anesthesia with chinning laryngoscopy, and it was found that the tumor has sprung from the aryepiglottic fold.
The tumor was smooth, elastic, hard and 22.52cm. largest and the histological examination showed that it was neurinoma, that is to say, neurilemmoma.

ジャーナル フリーAs soon as a patient was born, he entered our hospital, complaint of the sucking inability.
By the various examination, we found he had the laxparalysis of his tongue, soft palate, pharynx, and cervical oesophagus, but his larynx was normal.
We observed the process by the injection of Vit. B1, Vagostigmin, chemotherapie e. t. c.
After 17 months he left our hospital for the unavoidable reason of his home. At that time his tongue, soft palate recovered normal, but his paralysis remained from the mesopharynx till the entrance of the esophagus, and so he still was unable to swallow.
His general condition was normal except the aspiration pneumonia.
This case will be the hypoplasia of the nerve system from the beginning, the region, the bilateral, and the recovery of the disease.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (2492K) -

Three months later he became dyspneic with difficulty in swallowing.
On the day of his admission the epiglottis was found to be posteriorly adherent to the anytenoid region.
