Renal artery aneurysms are relatively rare. Choosing an appropriate treatment method based on renal artery aneurysm characteristics and patient backgrounds is important. The patient was a 62-year-old woman. Contrast-enhanced CT revealed multiple distal saccular aneurysms of the left renal artery. We performed patch repair using the great saphenous vein. The postoperative course was uneventful, the postoperative contrast-enhanced CT revealing no anastomotic stenosis.
