Spinal cord ischemia is a major problem as a postoperative complication of thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR), but the development of Brown-Séquard syndrome, which is partial ischemia of the spinal cord, seems to be very rare. In this study, we reported a case of Debranching TEVAR for a distal arch aortic aneurysm and the development of Brown-Séquard syndrome on the next day.
