SICE JCMSI Submission Guidelines (from April 1st, 2014, revised July 1st 2016.)

0. Papers should be prepared according to SICE Code of Ethics & Code ofConduct, especially:
     5. Members shall ...Members shall ensure that research and survey data are recorded, stored, and rigorously handled; and not only refrain themselves from any misconduct, such as fabrication, falsification, or plagiarism, but also refrain from aiding or abetting such misconduct, which should be applied mutatis mutandis to the authors.

1. Papers should be original studies in the fields of SICE. They should be written in English, and should not have been submitted to any other journals. They are not allowed to be submitted to any other journals, unless they are rejected.

2. Papers should be written following the SICE JCMSI Instructions to Authors.

3. Papers should be no more than ten (10) JCMSI pages in principle including illustrations, tables, photographs, and the biographies of the authors.

4. For submission, the original manuscript should be prepared as a PDF file within 2MB, and should be uploaded at the Editorial Manager Page.

5. At the same time, a SICE Confirmation Form at Paper Submission (pdf) signed by the authors should be scanned and be uploaded to the above site.

6. SICE holds all copy rights for papers published on the journal. An original SICE Copyright Transfer Form (pdf) signed by the authors should be sent to the SICE Administration Office by mail if the paper is accepted.

7. A mandatory page charge is imposed on all papers for publication. The charge depends on JCMSI pages of the paper. The cost of color printing in the journal will also be charged to the authors.
