By means of each properly preperate staining the auther studies on quantitative observation of each component of B′ nuclei such as nervous cells, nervous fibers and gliacelly. The dencity and size of nervous cells are measured most thick and large in the lowest portion enterning trigeminus root. In this portion it is observed the thickness of myelinated fibers are average 1.25μ and unmyelinated ones are average 0.12μ. Hortega cells and macoglia-cells are also determined most thick and large in same portion.

The patient, 11 years old, a boy, is reported acute exacerbation of long standing suppurative otitis media complicated acute mastoiditis and thrombophlebitis in transversal sinus treated conservative radical operation, detachment of thrombosis and ligation of jugural vein with administration of chemotherapeutics, blood transfusion and intravenous injection of 33.% of alcohol
12 cases of optic neuritis, retinitis, retrobulbar nerve atrophy or punctate superficial keratitis those of which have diagnosed the affection due to nasal disease, amelioration followed on visual aguity with operative treatment of the nasal affection.
These reporters observed the therapeutical influences of TbI/698 with streptomycin on 33 cases of pharyngolaryngeal tuberculosis. The results are said as follows. 75% of these patient showed to recover from pharyngolaryng. tuberculosis by the use of TbI/698 added streptomycin. The effect of “Tb” seemed to be delayed than of streptomycin. It is most favourable in simultan administration of these two remedies. There is not any afference of effect regardless localisation or types of the affection
