ジャーナル フリーObservations on three cases of malignant granulom of the nose were reported, with the following conclusion: In advanded cases, radiation therapy and cancer chemotherapy combined with or without administration of steroid hormone showed no evident curative effects, although using the procedure mentioned above, progression of the disease seemed to be inhibited temporarily. Whereas in a case with localized malignant granulom, radical excision of the tumor was done with unexpected good results. This indicates, the authors consider, that the malignant granulom of the nose, though not its pathogenesis pursued in full yet, should be treated as malignant tumors, and that among the procedure mentioned above, surgical management of the granulom, if possible, is most recommendable.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (6505K) -

ジャーナル フリーDer 14 jahrige Knabe wurde seine inneren Augenwinkelgegend zu fällig angeschossen, wenn er mit einen Freund gespielt hatte. Die bleibende Stelle des Geschosses war aus den röntgenologischen Bef unde der Occipitof rontal-, Seiten- and Verticosubmental-auf nahme geschlossen werden; dann hatte das Geschoß leicht ausgezogen werden.
Verff. machten den Modelversuch zum Zweck von Röntgendiagnostik. Obige drei Röntgenauf nahmen wurden von dem Schädelknochenexamplar gemacht, welches einige Geschosse an äussere and innere Flächen von Proc. pterygoideus (Lamina lateralis) geklebt wurden. Zu der röntgenologischen Orientierung des in der Retromaxillargegend bleibenden Geschosses, die Verticosubmental-auf nahme ist höchst wertvoll. ジャーナル フリーMassive dosage alinamin F (thiamine tetrahydrof uryl sulfide) therapy (150mg/day) was performed on 267 ears suffering from various type of perceptive deafness. Therapeutic effect was found in 34.5% of the series. It must be emphasized that the earlier the patient began to undergo this treatment, the more favorable result was obtained. 79.2% of the patients who began to undergo the treatmant within one week from the onset of the disease proved effective, and in the cases that were treated within one month from the beginning of deafness 74.3% benefited from the treatment. To our regret, nearly half of the series had began to undergo the treatment in more than half years from the onset of deafness with satisfactory result only in less than 30% of them.

ジャーナル フリーThe ciliated cells of Rana esculenta were experimented.
Some of the medicaments e. g. 10% cocaine solution, privina, 3% Protargol and 0, 01% Janus-Green solution were applied to Rana esculenta's palatine mucosa and ciliary activity observed by indicator-movements.
The ciliary beats decreased in their vigor by applying these medicaments to the pharyngeal mucosa, but after washing away these medicaments with physiological solution of salt, the ciliary activities increased in their vigor.
The morphological changes of the ciliated cells, above all of cilia, were investigated by an electron microscope.
After applying medicaments to the palatine mucosa, cilia showed two types of change.
The one is as follows, that the peripheral sheath of cilia was observed to be extended from the level of basal-plate in longitudinal section and the length of cilia was measured not long but the breadth was wide, so that the axial filaments were bent within the space where is surrounded by peripheral sheath, therefore in transverse section, cilia were observed as if they were joined with each other. In this case, no substances were found in the space between the axial filaments and peripheral sheath.
The other type, the cell membrane which located between the neighbouring cilia in the same cell was pushed out for the top level of cilia and this variety of cell membrane was progressed gradually, finally it reached to the top. And neighbouring two cilia seemed to be joined virtually. In this type, the space between the axial filaments and peripheral sheath was fulled with the matter which looks like ground substance of the cell.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (14727K) -
