Second, by looking into a practical field case at Cha'ancun in Dalian, the actual situation is evaluated. The analyses include a field study and interviews with business owners and operators. Using this approach, the following is clarified: in addition to its positive economic impact, rural tourism has multiple advantages such as fostering the use of various local resources, developing an environmentally friendly attitude, and cultivating intercultural exchanges.
