    This paper proposes a new agent-oriented negotiation support system between labor and management and examines its usefulness. We design the negotiation model with the agents in the computer, which is called Win-Win negotiation system. This is to give certain amount of satisfaction equally to both sides. By using the genetic programming approach, we attempt to evolve the negotiation strategy of agent in order to get a better resolution. We apply the fuzzy control system and the utility theory to the concession process, because negotiations involve emotions like satisfaction, preference, ambiguity and intuitions in the conceding process. And, the influence of the public opinion is taken into consideration as one of factors. As a result, this method enables the negotiation partner to show the maximum amount of concession by considering their priorities, and both negotiation agents to show the equal amount of concession. Therefore it is thought to get the reasonable agreement, Win-Win agreement, for each other.

    The purpose of this study is to propose the hypothesis model of perceived quality-satisfaction formation toward virtual communities on the Internet, and to identify key factors affection consumers’ use of virtual communities as marketing information tools. We analyzed consumers’ perception of “rules” in the virtual communities which is a method to give one’s opinion and reply to the others’ opinions and comments, and perception of “tools” in the virtual community which are the instruments used for controlling and searching for information. We also analyzed these “rules” and “tools” affect the perceived quality and/or satisfaction of that virtual community using the structural equation model.

    The results suggest that this model matches the data well and confirms to the hypothesized casual relationships. It was found that perception of “rules” and “tools” have strongly positive effects on individual’s perceived quality of the virtual community. Especially, such rules as speaking and communication manners are more effective for RAM (Radical Access Member) in the virtual community. On the other hand, the beginner protection rules and tools for self-introduction are more effective of ROM (Read-Only-Member). It is thought that preparing the rules and the tools in the virtual community have helped consumers to use the virtual community as a medium of marketing communication in order to evaluate products.

    The development of mobile information technology is contributing to a notable increase in the use of mobile commerce and applications. Among extensively developed mobile services, as a new concept, situation dependent services have been focused as one of powerful drivers for the whole m-commerce market. At present, most related studies mainly concentrate on discussion of its conceptual and organizational aspects, but the implementation of the situation dependency concept is still a challenge. One of the purposes of this research is to present a logical approach for implementing intelligent situation dependent services. This will raise a series of issues about what kind of logical approach would be applicable and how to realize an actual dynamic system. In terms of the problems, an architecture is proposed based on situation calculus, which is introduced as a way for specifying dynamic systems in artificial intelligence. On the basis of the architecture, mobile users can call on server to offer situation dependent services that dynamically respond to their changing situations. In order to show how the architecture works, a case is implemented to demonstrate feasibility of the proposed logical approach.
