The results show that; 1) “trustworthy relationships and free atmosphere in an organization,” and “individual true self-esteem and contingent self-esteem” enhance OBSE, 2) OBSE enhances intrinsic KS motivation, 3) intrinsic KS motivation enhances KS behavior, 4) trustworthy relationships enhances intrinsic KS motivation and KS behavior directly, 5) true self-esteem enhances KS behavior directly, 6) contingent self-esteem enhances extrinsic KS motivation, 7) extrinsic KS motivation inhibits KS behavior.
