This paper attempts the case study analysis of RV cooperation business which incorporates a relationship between product (physical goods and its attribute information) in R side market as the Real world and product (digital information goods through the telecommunication network) in V side market as the Virtual world into the web gameplay mechanics, based on the qualitative and quantitative research methods. Through an inverse approach using Markov Chain Monte Carlo (MCMC) methods and System Dynamics (SD) that enables to optimize and trace the management variables, 4 types of monetization scenario are derived from the results by estimation of the market scale and customer transactions, and confirmation of the time-series patterns of the number of users and total revenue in two cases of RV cooperation business supported by O2O (Online to Offline) activities. This scenario group suggests the feasibility of the strategic management of the RV cooperation game business, assuming the multihoming rate that is an overlap degree of the user over both sides market as an index.
Recently, there is a national-wide wave of large-scale commercial facility withdraw in city centers and causing ancillary problems. Against such a background, the policy of renewal of this site which is managed sustainably is needed. In this study, we typify the functional role of the commercial facility characterized by the service tenant offers, and based on a case study in previous research, we build a model to forecast the customer attraction in each tenant-mix facility, which contains commercial, leisure and public tenant, and to clarify the tenant combination as a preferred facility and the effects of city centers. Based on the simulation results, the case of Wakayama city is estimated. According to the results of the simulation, it is becoming clear that customer attraction of each tenant is enhanced complementarily establishing commercial tenant and public (or leisure) tenant side by side in the facility. Furthermore, a balance in the same area should be considered if you decide the functional role of the commercial facility.
