The application of behavior analysis to business, although somewhat recent in behavioral history, has been extremely successful. This paper describes the basic components of behavioral interventions conducted by Aubrey Daniels & Associates, a behaviorally based business consulting firm. The basic components include pinpointing, measuring, identifying antecedents, providing feedback, goal setting, and delivering consequences. In addition, three successful interventions are described including the presenting problems, and data based outcomes.
