To study biological educational methods in Technical college aimed at nurturing engineer, we performed questionnaire for high school students and college students, and tried to design lecture effective for college students. Though there is no difference between interest and learning motivation, biology study time of college students is shorter than high school students. And college students feel biology is difficult compared to high school students. They said the relationship between learning motivation and grade. Therefore, we think that the methods should be adapted which is easy to study and lead to improve test results. College students play longer than high school students. They use internet longer than high school students. They want to learn business, English and sports that they need after getting job. Interest and grade are related to learning motivation about both students. Consequently, we think that these are effective to give materials leading to improve test results and to include student’s interests, for example sports and business, in lecture. Their interest and grade are related to necessity, and we think them to feel profit by offer useful information immediately and making them understood theory and knowledge with versatility.
