This paper considers of the high responsiveness of pneumatic servo stage in a vacuum environment. This pneumatic servo stage is widely recognized as the leading candidate for the Electron Beam mask writing stage among the major company in the field. In order to meet their further requirement, high responsiveness is one of the crucial issues. However, there is an obstructive factor caused by a pipe resonance which depends on the pipe between the stage and the servo valve. Then, firstly the 5th order system controller is instructed. Although, the results are improved theoretically they are deteriorated due to a phase lag of feedback signal when considering actual environment in which feedback signal is made by differentiating position signal. Then, to achieve the high responsiveness, phase lead compensation is employed for the system. In the actual experiments, the effect of the phase lead compensation is confirmed. Furthermore, the triple phase lead compensation is applied, because there is multiple feedbacks in the control of the pneumatic servo stage. The result of the frequency response is shown that the effect of the multiple phase lead compensation is higher than the one of a single phase lead compensation.

Evaluation of the curing process of Ultraviolet (UV) curable adhesive by using phase-shifting digital holography is proposed. In digital holography, interference fringes produced by the reference wave and the object wave reflected from the adhesive film are recorded sequentially as hologram over a period of time and the curing process of adhesive is analyzed from the phase difference of two successive reconstructed complex amplitudes of the object waves. The variation of phase image obtained by digital holography is followed during the hardening process of adhesive. It is shown that the local variation of hardening process can be visualized and analyzed numerically. Experimental analysis is conducted with a constant UV light intensity. Correlation between the UV light intensity and the hardening process obtained by digital holography is discussed in this paper.

On ship carrying numerous cars, outlets cannot be used for car-storage locations owing to a danger of fire. Moreover, since the ceiling can be moved so that cars with different car height can be stored, the wiring of the cranes and power cable becomes very long. Under the circumstances, power supply for ship repair and maintenance is required. If such long cables are eliminated and electric power can be used even at the car storage location, it will be safe and convenient environment for ship repairing or maintenance of ship. This paper presents basic research on a configuration of wireless power transfer (WPT) system for power supply in ship by simulation and experiment. Investigated WPT system has two features. In use of the power supply, the receiving coil case can be freely attached to the transmitting coil case. Even existing equipment can be changed to WPT system by inserting to an outlet. The Investigated WPT system is a Series-Parallel (SP) type equipped with a capacitor connection switching circuit in which the output voltage control is performed in the receiving coil case. As a result of simulation and experiment, it was confirmed that WPT system enables to transmit power as a 1 kW class system without contact.

Recently, many consumers focus is being placed on the safety and high quality foods. First, we have examined the possibility of aquatic food products classification in this study. Based on the above background, the Japanese government aims to develop and expand overseas markets of agricultural, fishery and food products in Japan "Japan revitalization strategy" revised in 2015, and Hokkaido is also developing agriculture and fishery production associations. In this study, focusing on aquatic foods in Hokkaido, it aims to establish simple quality control method that contributes to taste, freshness evaluation, and safety requirement. Therefore, we considered that it is useful to measurement at a low cost using inorganic component value involved in aquatic food products. Additionally, these methods with informatics method (neural network, discriminant analysis and analysis of variance) optimized. As a result, it was possible to identify inorganic components contributing to the classification condition of aquatic food, and classify "Fish" "Fishery paste products" "Shellfish".

By physical education of the higher education, collaborative skills are learned as well as health maintenance and growth by exercise. The learning effect of the collaboration in the physical education is reported in many researches. However, those reports are examined by a class method and administration, and the team in the team sport is not taken up much. Most organization methods used for physical education are illogical. Therefore, in this research group, "Formation of Abilities Averaging (FAA)" was devised as a model of the organization methods to supplement a group in consideration of personal characteristic. In this research, FAA balanced the performance in the team and the importance of learning attitudes in physical education was evaluated from the viewpoint of organization. In particular, FAA was introduced to basketball by manipulating "index of learning attitudes" and "index of practical skills". After a competition, it was replied a questionnaire about consciousness of the team play that collaborated by students. As a result, a cooperative play was made by FAA which not only practical skills but also learning attitudes considered. Furthermore, as for the consideration of learning attitudes in organization, the application to the motivation for the competition of the student was expected.
