      To minimize the leakage X-rays is important for implementers of the X-ray equipments. In order to measure the source origin of leakage X-rays, a new camera was developed. This camera has an annular collimator whose diameter can be selected by 40 mmφ and/or 80 mmφ, and the main body is made by a shielded box (282(width) mm×333(high) mm×140(depth) mm). The shielded box is composed of 2 mm thick lead plates to absorb X-rays, of acrylic and aluminum plates to hold up the lead plates. The two-dimension X-ray detector (phosphor plate) was set at the back face, and images corresponding to the X-rays passed through the collimator were obtained. Since the obtained images are one-to-one correspondence with source origins, we can deduce three dimensional positions of the origins. Using hospital-use X-ray equipment, the basic characteristics were evaluated experimentally. Then we summarized that our camera can deduce source origins with positional uncertainties of several centimeters.
