    To create innovative ideas, it is important for designers to monitor thought patterns by reflecting upon their thought structure and then control thought. In this study, we visualized the inference process, which includes deduction, induction, and abduction, as well as the associative process. Subsequently, by connecting them radially along the flow of thought, we employed a method of visualizing the inference process of designers on a two-dimensional plane. We conducted an experiment to visualize a part of the thought of designer using the “inference mapping method.” Consequently, we found out that different cognitive biases occurred in designers' deductive, inductive, abductive, and associative thinking processes. From the technical viewpoint of cognitive science, we studied the phenomena and clarified the structure of bias in each thought process. Finally, we proposed a way to visualize cognitive biases and to consciously eliminate them when designers engage in the creative process.

    In this study, I paid attention to the cleaning activity that was one of the organization behavior. With the improvement of the organization culture by the cleaning activity, namely, I thought that it was the influence on active organization behavior. And, I pay my attention to the association with cleaning activity and the organization behavior. From the result of the study analysis, the cleaning activity was able to significantly inspect that I affected the organization citizenship behavior and duties job satisfaction. Namely, in carrying out cleaning activity, I let you amplify the action of the organization out of the role, I promote the efficiency of the organization by the organization citizenship behavior. It is what reached the conclusion that I bring an effect to contribute to the improvement of duties achievements having the relations that are close to duties job satisfaction.

    The sign board (Kanban) is an important presence in order to let people know the existence of the object. Currently, the sign productions are done by experts with specific skills. What is the element of the sign to be found in many people? What factors of lurking on the sign? Many factors have been encapsulated in the sign board. In the past, the authors have proposed a method of evaluating a new signboard using the deviation value, fuzzy measure, Voronoi diagram, etc, with the signboard as one object in the field of traditional craftsmanship signboard production. In this paper, based on these results, we show the results of a video survey on how people behave at the site of actual signboard installation and people's reactions written by the text mining. From the results, this paper leads the elements of the signboard that attracts entrance and shows that it is the content that leads to the basic support of our scientific approach for the signboard. Also it is shown that it is possible to model by the Petri net as a discrete event system the process of a person looking at a sign and entering it.
