ジャーナル フリー高校生が，学期末試験の前後に示す心理的変動を，今後の精神衛生上の，生徒指導の基礎資料とすることを目的として，検討した。
対象は，公立普通科高校生328名である。
心理的変動の指標として，日本版STAI質問紙法を，１学期期末試験の１週間前，前日，１週間後に，又，自覚的身体症状に関するアンケートを試験直後に行い，さらにM-G性格検査を行った。
1. 試験１週間前（以下，試験前）のSTAIは，高校生の我々の標準的な値と一致した。
2. STATE値は，全体では試験前に比べ，試験前日上昇し，１週間後（試験後）下降して前値に復した。しかし，前日値は，上昇，不変，下降の３群に分れ，前日値の上昇群は前値が低値，下降群は高値の者が多かった。試験後の変動も前日値に比べ，下降，不変，上昇の３群に分れ，下降群は前日値が高値，上昇群は低値の者が多かった。
3. M-G性格検査との関係では，試験前のSTATE値は，不適応型，混合型，適応型の順で有意に低値となったが，前日上昇，試験後下降の傾向は，全ての型に共通だった。
4. 自覚的身体症状に関しては，試験前のSTATE値が高値となるに従い，人数，項目数とも多かった。性格別では，不適応型，混合型，適応型の順に多かった。しかし試験前には全て増加し，多群，多項目にわたる症状を表出していた。抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (819K) -

ジャーナル フリーThis study was one of the series of investigation for client condition on nursing intervention, and experimentally examined the influence for metabolism and circulation of client who had been treated shampoo in bed.
The shampoo were treated to 10 healthy male students as client; to except the condition was caused by long hair or hair style, by the experienced nurses (3～8 years practiced) according to the standardized program pattern of shampoo technique severally used the shampoo-car and Kelly-pad. And we examed the metabolism, pulse rate, blood pressure and respiratory rate of client during the shampoo trial.
The result were as follows.
(1) The increase of metabolism in shampoo several using the nursing implements were 4.24～13.65 Cal/h/m2 which were comparably on light singing (10 Cal/h/m2) or reading book (7～8 Cal/h/m2) but more low on sewing (25～30 Cal/h/m2).
(2) On using shampoo-car, the metabolism was more or less higher than using Kelly-pad.

ジャーナル フリーThe purpose of this study is to verify the interceptal effect for microorganism within the expilium by the usual mask made pile gauze.
Our experimental verification is as follows.
(1) The experimentation for permentation of microorganism on piled thick gauze under the dry and wet situation.
(2) The experimentation for passability of microorganism through piled gauze with the artificial quiet expiratory air flow under dry and wet situation which was sent out by our designed respiratory model.
For the indicating microorganism was used Bc. Cerratia.
On these result, the interceptibility of microorganism by piled gauze mask decreased along its humidity increased and microorganism passed to the outside gauze-face by quiet expirium in 1 hour.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (450K) -

ジャーナル フリー看護の作業研究を進めてゆく場合，肉体作業の評価のみでなく頭脳労働の評価も又，測定されなければならない。
本論文では，頭脳労働に伴う看護活動の分析方法について述べ，看護の作業研究における基礎として，この研究方法を使用してゆくことに於ける考察を行っている。
例数は少なかったが，パイロットスタディーを行った結果から，看護の作業研究にこの分析方法が効果的であることを示唆出来た。抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (541K)
