A 6-year-old, spayed female, Maine Coon presented with stenotic ear canals due to multiple, dark blue papules and nodules on the bilateral pinnae and external ear canals. The owner stated that those conditions indicated juvenile onset, and increased gradually. Histopathological examination revealed that dilated ceruminous glands contained secretory material. No general symptoms were recognized, and blood analysis did not show any abnormalities. Based on these findings, the cat was diagnosed as having feline ceruminous cystomatosis. The cat was treated with 0.05% chlorhexidine ear flushing and the topical preparation including ofloxacin, ketoconazole, and triamcinolone. The symptoms those were obviously improved one year later.
