A 10-year-old cat was presented due to hemorrhages from a small nodule on the right lower eyelid. The nodule expanded to 10 mm in diameter and was removed surgically 59 days later. Histopathologically, the tumor cells were similar to endothelial cells and they were positive for vimentin and factor VIII-related antigen. The tumor was, thus, diagnosed as hemangiosarcoma. Postoperatively, toceranib was given and the cat was presented with hemorrhages from a small nodule on the lower eyelid on day 38. The nodule had expanded to 20 mm on day 43. Toceranib was stopped and ß-glucan solution was given. The nodule had further expanded to 25 mm on day 87, but hemorrhages had significantly decreased. The nodule dropped off without hemorrhage on day 104, and the cat had been tumor-free since then, even on day 320.
