In this thesis, I will consider the basic method of teaching which is easy to understand for those who wish to get the national license of the 3^rd grade officer or engineer. Almost all of those are not used to studying English, and this is why I will consider the basic method of teaching for them without making them to think that English is hard to understand and learn.
