Fatigue-Examination by Donaggio-Reaction of urine was performed on 90 (male) workers working in three shifts in a certain chemical fibre producing factory from Nov. 30th, 1957till Sept. 24th 1958. The results were as follows. 1) Values of Dnaggio-Reaction increase with the rise of temperature both of seasons and actual working places. 2) Values of Donaggio-Reaction differ with shift at any post. The cause of these defferences has yet to be studied. 3) Values of Donaggio-Reaction after work have a tendency to decrease in comparison with these before work, and the decreasing ratio is different among posts and shifts. The cause of this tendency must be studied in future. 4) In the future fatigue-examinations, effects of seasons, posts, number of workers and other factors must adequately be taken into considerarions, and the examinations must be designed so thar such unnecessary factors will eliminated in the evaluation of the results.
