Recently expectation for and anxiety about AI (Artificial Intelligence) is growing again. Much attention is paid to the possibility of the technological singularity which means the point that the machines' capability totally exceeds the human's capability. In this article, we do not discuss the possibility of the technological singularity but discuss how we should advance the research on AI, and try to show some design principles.

From April 2016, the administrative agencies are obliged to provide the "reasonable accommodation" for persons with disabilities. In order to provide the "reasonable accommodation" of information reliably, it is necessary to improve the information accessibility. Information accessibility is insufficient now. From now on, the originator of the information should be responsible for the information accessibility. For not only administrative agencies, but also the private sector, it is necessary to strive to improve the information accessibility as one of social responsibility.

This article aims at clarifying the suggestions and issues arising from a set of discussions on "the right to be forgotten". To consider the theme, the judgment of the Court of Justice of the European Union, the report of the European Union Committee of the House of Lords, the guidelines of the article 29 working party, and the report of the advisory council to Google Inc. are examined. As for Japan, the experts' advisory report to Yahoo Japan Corporation and the company's policy corresponding to the report are also reviewed. The judgment of the CJEU is strongly in favor of the data subject's rights, against the background of conflicting standpoints toward privacy between the US and the EU. That ruling will not have much influence on the future court decisions in Japan. In addition, because revealing a persons' history without consent is a traditional pattern of infringement of privacy, "the right to be forgotten" should be interpreted as an extension of this issue and relevant discussion. On the other hand, we can find several meanings in the judgment of CJEU and the surrounding discussion. For instance, the judgment and the discussion have encouraged search engines to develop their delisting criteria, and have raised the issues whether they should notify their delisting decisions to website masters and the general public which have the freedom of expression and the right to know.

This analysis aims to understand company information "more accurately" and "more efficiently", and then to show much better systems of job hunting. When I built the system, I used three kinds of data (magazine, newspaper, research paper). In this analysis, we can understand the "trend companies" in the magazine's data firstly, the "company group" in the newspaper's data secondly, and "difference of strength" finally. So I create the system to identify the industry group covering a company, and the strength of the company easily. Setting the general college student image, I showed the application and use of the system. I concluded the application range of the system can be expanded and the appropriate use makes company selection better.
