This research is an approach to clarify the relation between the worker’s satisfaction rate and “Activity Index” on group work. It’s necessary to understand the design method of work environment and rules of group work. Worker’s activity is understood by monitoring the behavior of the human by using camera array system installed on the ceiling, and this research is expressed numerically as an “Activity Index”. Then we clarify the influence that the person’s action and utterance give to the work satisfaction rate by the questionnaire evaluation and “Activity Index”.
