This dataset describes a comprehensive proteomic analysis of human pancreatic tissue samples, including tumor and adjacent normal tissues, using state-of-the-art mass spectrometry. The goal was to explore intercellular communication in the tumor microenvironment of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma using standardized clinical proteomics. Proteins were extracted, digested, and analyzed by Orbitrap-based mass spectrometry in DDA and PRM modes. A total of 1,123 raw data files were generated across discovery and validation cohorts. Metadata include histology, tumor purity, and clinical background. This dataset provides a high-quality reference for pancreatic cancer research and supports biomarker discovery and tumor microenvironment analysis.
