At present, many sites provide MEDLINE content on the Internet, and they were designed so that not only professionals, but also end-users could easily use them. At present, however, end-users tend to visit only sites they find useful or are familiar with, which means that it has become increasingly difficult for them to find other useful sites without assistance. Therefore, to support end-user searches, the author has tried to identify which sites are most suitable for end-users and has conducted research on which sites are more useful for professional searchers. By comparing the two categories of sites, users can decide which sites are more suitable for their needs.
