It is increasingly important to maintain a strict security level in today's Internet society. Such security has three components, confidentiality, accuracy and high availability. It is difficult to protect these components against threats such as spam, worm, cracking, etc. Effective procedures, however, have been established gradually. It may be that an erroneous usage of the Internet within one's internal organization is a threat against its high availability rather than external factors such as cracking.
